Heart Chakra Affirmations
The heart chakra is related to your right to experience love, love of self and others. Here we are interested in relationships of all kinds: with others, with self, with the divine, with life it self. When you awaken in the morning, before you turn in at night or at any point in the day when idle thoughts arise, repeat the following heart chakra affirmations to support healing your heart and bringing more love into your daily experience. Use the affirmations suggested, or build one of your own. Be creative, visualizing a wonderful outcome to your challenge. Allow the affirmation to reflect that outcome.
