Crown Chakra Affirmations
The crown chakra is related to our connection to spirit or universal consciousness. When we feel connected to all that is there is an open mindedness and a freedom from attachment because we feel full and complete. When you awaken in the morning, before you turn in at night or at any point in the day when idle thoughts arise, repeat the following crown chakra affirmations to support healing your crown chakra. Use the affirmations suggested, or build one of your own. Be creative, visualizing a wonderful outcome to your challenge. Allow the affirmation to reflect that outcome.
