Crown Chakra Affirmations
The crown chakra is related to our connection to spirit or universal consciousness. When we feel connected to all that is there is an open mindedness and a freedom from attachment because we feel full and complete. When you awaken in the morning, before you turn in at night or at any point in the day when idle thoughts arise, repeat the following crown chakra affirmations to support healing your crown chakra. Use the affirmations suggested, or build one of your own. Be creative, visualizing a wonderful outcome to your challenge. Allow the affirmation to reflect that outcome.
To support open mindedness try:
I AM OPEN TO NEW IDEAS.
I AM OPEN TO A WIDE VARIETY OF BELIEFS AND IDEAS.
I AM OPEN TO ALL OF LIFE’S EXPERIENCES
If you have a challenge in understanding your connection to spirit or the divine, the following affirmations could be used:
DIVINITY RESIDES WITHIN ME AND ALL AROUND ME.
I AM GUIDED BY A HIGHER POWER
If embracing your inner wisdom is a challenge try:
I AM GUIDED BY MY INNER WISDOM
To support a universal connection to others in your life, try:
MY CONNECTION TO EVERYONE EVERYWHERE FULFILLS ME.
I SEE EVERYONE AS A SPIRITUAL BEING HAVING HUMAN EXPERIENCES.
I SEE THE DARKER EXPRESSIONS OF HUMANITY AS THE IGNORANCE OF THE DIVINITY INSIDE EVERYONE.
If you are challenged by letting go of people and things in your life, try:
I AM OPEN TO POSSESSIONS AND PEOPLE COMING IN AND OUT OF MY LIFE.
I SEE WHY I HAVE THE HABITS IN MY LIFE AND I CAN EASILY CHOOSE TO KEEP THEM OR LET THEM GO.
I EASILY LET GO OF HABITS THAT DON'T SUPPORT MY DREAMS.
