Body parts & Organs associated with the Crown Chakra are the Cerebral cortex, central nervous system and pituitary gland

The Sounds to help awaken the Crown Chakra is the sound of ‘ng’ as in sing.

The Psychical areas are Understanding resulting in bliss, union, wholeness. Ability to perceive, analyze, and assimilate information; Intelligent, thoughtful, aware; Open-minded, able to question; Spiritually connected; Wisdom and mastery, broad understanding.

The Challenge of the Crown Chakra is Attachment to things and people.

The Identity and rights of the Crown Chakra are the Universal identity and the right ‘to know’ and to experience Ultimate Freedom.

The hand Mudras for the Crown Chakra are Uttarabodhi Mudra – place both hands interlaced in front of your solar plexus, at the level of your stomach. Touch the index fingers together pointing upwards and the thumbs together pointing downwards. This is the Mudra of highest enlightenment. It can be good for when you need a flash of inspiration.Chin or Jnana Mudra – thumb and index fingers touch.
