Hi,The Quest for a New Vision Retreat
Join us this Saturday, November 16, 2019, from 9 am - 6:30 pm, at the Zen Center in Escondido, for a one-day retreat designed to help you realize your life's potential with chakra-awakening movement, gentle Hatha and Restorative Yoga, healing exercises, a Meditation Labyrinth, and a Tibetan bowl sound bath in a teepee, while being guided on a transformative inner journey.
