All orders are shipped by United States Post Office with priority mail. Orders usually take 4-6 days to prepare depending on items ordered and quantity. THEN, items are shipped after that and usually take 3-4 business days for shipping time, unless they are shipped internationally.

Orders to Canada are $35.00 for shipping. All orders can be processed either online with a check or money order or over the phone.

Orders Internationally are $45.00 for shipping. We accept all orders from outside the United States. Orders can be placed on a credit card that is ASSOCIATED WITH A BANK IN THE UNITED STATES. International credit cards are accepted for orders under $50.00 IF YOUR CREDIT CARD IS NOT ASSOCIATED WITH A BANK IN THE UNITED STATES. Otherwise, orders that are more than $50.00 can be arranged by sending a bank/cashier's check or we also accept the PAYPAL SEND MONEY feature.

 RETURN POLICY

Merchandise must be returned within 30 days in unused, like-new, 100% saleable condition and in original manufacturers packaging. NO returns on home study courses, DVD, or CD's. All damage and shortage claims should be made within 3 days of delivery. If damaged upon arrival you have the right to refuse the order. Call Customer Care Center at 904-373-0303 to report damages. A refund will be issued to the original credit card within 1 -2 billing cycles once items are returned.
